A State Board Affiliated School! New Admission Procedure – Informative Document


We welcome you to this 20-year-old Educational Institution. This document is drafted in a manner to make new admission-seeking parents understand the entire admission process. Details for your understanding:

  • New admissions are granted for Grades 1 to XII (boys / Girls) subject to the availability of the seats in each class.
  • Grade I & II will be given direct admission based on their previous class passing result. Grade III students will have English and Mathematics subjects for the entrance exam whereas from Grade IV to Grade IX will have English, Marathi, Hindi & Mathematics subjects.
  • The evaluation questions will be such that any student who is studying either of the following streams will be able to answer them without much difficulty. (Maharashtra State Board). The approximate duration of this test is 1hour.
  • You may seek an appointment by contacting the Admission department. Appointments are available from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • 5. During your visit you and your child will be taken for a campus tour. To have your child see the campus where he/she is going to spend some amazing years of school life.

  • The School Prospectus is available at the school office and can be purchased for Rs. 200 (Two Hundred Only). The original admission form from the prospectus shall be filled in and submitted before the entrance exam.
  • The entrance exam fees to be paid before the exam is Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred Only)

Documents to submit with the Admission Form:
  • Past 1 year’s academic report cards, Photocopy (Not applicable for Grades 1 and 2 students)
  • Student’s Aadhar Card – Photocopy
  • Student’s Birth Certificate – Photocopy
  • Student’s recent Passport size photograph – 1nos
Entrance Exam Result, Admission Confirmation Status & Fees, and School Uniform Measurement:
  • Parents visiting between Monday to Saturday will be informed of the student’s entrance exam result on the same day. (This is subject to the teaching staff’s availability)
  • Upon the completion of the Entrance Exam, papers are checked by the teachers and with a remark of clear admission or that the student will be put into remedial to improve upon his weak subject/subjects, and by the principal’s approval, the admission will be considered as confirmed.
  • The parents and the child will then meet the principal for a formal interaction.
  • 4. For the admissions that are confirmed, Parents are to pay a Non-Refundable fee of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) for confirming the admission of your child. (The amount will be adjusted in the first instalment of fees)
Documents to submit after Admission Confirmation:
  • Parents' Aadhar Card – Photocopy
  • Parents' Passport Size Photo – 2 each
  • Student’s Passport Size Photo – 4nos
  • Caste Certificate (If Any)
  • Family Photograph – 1
  • Medical Report (Current Date)
  • Previous year’s School Leaving Certificate – Original (Before the academic year starts)
